Malted Coffee (2 Servings)

Wondering what to do with that leftover coffee? Try making yourself and a friend a cool treat.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup strong leftover brewed coffee
1/2 cup ice cold milk
3 tablespoons malted milk powder
4 to 5 big scoops coffee ice cream
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Directions:
1. Transfer the coffee to a small bowl and put it in the freezer until the edge turns icy, about 15 minutes. Stir, but leave it in the freezer for several more minutes, until you're ready to use it.

2. Chill two tall drink glasses.

3. Put the milk, malted milk powder, and coffee ice cream in the blender. Add the chilled coffee. For a sweeter taste, add a tablespoon or two of the sugar. Blend on medium speed to the desired consistency. Serve in chilled glasses.
